Optional. 20% of the licence price a year for new features and support. Without it, the software keeps working and security fixes still arrive.

Moving to a new machine
A licence is locked to one machine. When the server is replaced, email the old and new machine IDs and the licence is moved.
How payment works
- Paddle.com is the reseller. Paddle takes the payment, issues the tax invoice and handles GST, VAT and sales tax for your country. Card details never reach JDX Security.
- The licence is signed for one machine. At checkout, enter the machine ID shown in JDX Stronghold under Configure > Licence, and a site name.
- Delivery is by email, within one business day. Each licence is signed offline. The signing key is never on a server, so it cannot be taken from one.
- Refunds follow the refund policy and your rights under consumer law.
